The weather is improving! Many of us are preparing to go enjoy many of our nation’s National Parks. They present many wonders and the opportunity for fun and discovery. But there are also many hazards waiting to cause injury or worse! Preparation is essential. Even a day hike can lead to disaster should you be forced to spend the night (or longer!) unexpectedly. Even urban parks can present problems if you don’t check on limited access, like stairs.
So go visit these parks and have a great time! But remember, your safety is still your responsibility!!
