Certification Programs
AERIE’s adherence to national and state standards carries through to our certification programs. Achieving a certification that is recognized at the national level is becoming crucial to meet the minimum standard of care. All testing criteria developed by AERIE and its partners meet or exceed the national and state industry standards as well as best practices identified by scientific working groups.

In order to help meet the need for national standards, which is quickly becoming the industry norm, AERIE has developed a Regional Examiner Program to make examinations readily available. This means minimal travel for your personnel, and minimum impact to your budget.

Regional Examiner Program
It’s easy to take advantage of our Regional Examiner Program. You can access our Exam Calendar (in the specialty you wish to challenge) and register for the exam scheduled closest to your location. If you have enough personnel looking to challenge the same Examination, you can contact AERIE, directly, to schedule your organization’s personal testing event with the Regional Examiner Team closest to you. Either way, your organization’s cost of Examination remains the best value available!

Our Examiners
AERIE Examiners had years of experience and are operationally certified disciplines they test. In order to provide high quality examinations, AERIE has committed to several basic principles:

• Two Examiners (minimally) will be present at all examinations, when possible, double-blind testing will be conducted.
• Examiners are unable to test their own teammates.
• Chief Examiners have completed a minimum of five examinations events and have at least 3 years’ experience as an Examiner.
