Managing Urban Environment Lost & Missing Person Incidents© is a 20 hour, management level course for incident management personnel who require the knowledge to conduct SAR operations in the Urban and Suburban environments. This course focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to safely and effectively manage small or medium incidents in this environment. It also provides detailed information on incident planning and prepares you with knowledge, techniques and materials to develop, implement, evaluate and revise incident action plans. The course also details resource types and operational tactics necessary for the Urban Environment. Hands-on exercises reinforce concepts learned. The graduate will be prepared to manage Level 3 Incidents and fully support Level 2 Incidents of these types.
